"At The Race Club, we strongly believe in combining swimming and strength training within the same workout. Not only does the Aqua Boom offer a vast array of convenient core, upper body, and leg exercises, it also enables coaches to become very creative in designing their workout sets and strategies. The Aqua Boom is a great way to break the monotony of doing similar swimming sets each week , while getting swimmers fitter and stronger. We are excited to be using it with our Race Club swimmers."
